Donations 2016, Barrie & District Out of the Cold, Christmas Cheer

Thank you to our great staff and wonderful patients! This year we collected hats and mitts for Barrie and District Christmas Cheer. As part of our office tradition instead of giving gifts to each other we purchased clothing items for the Out of the Cold foundation.

With the generous donations from staff we were able to fill and donate 17 backpacks

With the generous donations from staff we were able to fill and donate 17 backpacks to Seven South Street Treatment Centre in Orillia. The recipients were grateful and said, “it gave them not only a feeling of Christmas but also a feeling of gratitude.”

With the help of our generous patients we were able to raise $650.00

With the help of our generous patients we were able to raise $650.00 to help send this local man and special patient of ours on his “trip of a life time.” Thank you to everyone that donated and helped make his dream come true!

TERRY FOX RUN

In support of the Cancer research foundation several of our staff members, along with their families participated in the annual Terry Fox Run. The event was held at our local Sugarbush community located in Oro Medonte.

CMHA-Coldwater Minor Hockey Association

Once again our annual mouth guard clinic was recently held at the Coldwater Community Center. With the volunteer efforts of several staff members the event was a huge success. All proceeds from the event were donated to the Coldwater Minor Hockey Association.

Children bring a portion of their Halloween candy collected to our office The childs’ name is entered into a draw to win a $50 gift certificate at Toys R Us For every kg of candy collected Dr. Lee donates $100 to the local foodbank
